I totally relate to all of these situations and would love to help you overcome them. I am not only someone with the expertise to help you train effectively and safely, but someone who understands from personal experience the challenges that may arise throughout your fitness journey.
Although I have always enjoyed various forms of sport and exercise, I was very insecure about my body for most of my life – at size 8, size 16, and everywhere in between. It was only when I started resistance training with the assistance of a Personal Trainer that I developed an appreciation for what my body can do and began to feel strong, healthy, and happy. Now I love to challenge myself with fun and varied workouts and value the way exercise makes me feel both physically and mentally far more than the aesthetic benefits it offers.
As a Personal Trainer, my aim is to help you to experience all the positive effects of exercise too. The most fulfilling thing for me is to use my knowledge and experience to guide you towards becoming fitter, healthier, and stronger so you can enjoy life to the fullest - inside and outside the gym!
