My fitness journey started as a very underweight skinny teenager, over the last 8 years I have completely changed my body composition, my general health & mental health .
I decided to qualify as a Personal trainer as I realised just how impactful physical fitness and good nutrition can be for a persons whole life.
My clients can expect to improve their confidence in the gym both with and without me, learn good form and identify areas where nutrition can be improved to maximise results all based on an individual program designed to fit their needs and goals.
