With all the conflicting information on health & fitness out there, it can be easy to get confused or lost on your journey. Well you’re not alone because I was like that. I initially followed all the latest trends in training & diets to get into that ‘perfect shape’ going on my own journey as an overweight teenager. After years with the right mind set & understanding of health & fitness I managed to change my life.

My aim now is to support & advise on how you can achieve your health & fitness goals in the best way possible. I will create you a bespoke plan on how to get from A to B, without any magic wands or fads - whether that be weight loss, muscle/strength gain, endurance preparation or nutritional guidance.
