Hello my name is Rhys Aitchison, I am a qualified level 2 & level 3 Personal Trainer. I specialize in weight training, building muscle, weight loss and fat burning, I have been going to the gym since I was 15 years old focusing on a wide variety of training methods from cardio to weight lifting which has helped me to develop a passion for the gym. I started boxing at the age of 10 years old which offered me the opportunity of competing within the sport. For the first 3 years of training at the gym I had a Personal Trainer which helped me to find my passion for training myself and to train others and help them to achieve their goals. Having a personal trainer allowed me to be able to train in a better and safer environment whilst allowing me to understand my body better. My knowledge and history with competing in boxing allows me to stand out from other personal trainers and help you as a client to achieve your personal goals in a quicker time frame.
