As your Personal Trainer I want to help you make health and fitness part of your everyday life and enjoy it whilst you do it. I have always made the gym a hobby of mine, but in the last couple of years I have made my hobby my passion. I want to impart this passion onto each and every one of you, and motivate you to achieve all of your health and fitness goals and reach your full potential.
I have spent the last 10 years playing rugby at various levels and know how strenuous and physically demanding sport and exercise can be. Strength and conditioning, as well as nutrition, have always been part of my daily routine. I continue to educate myself on fitness, exercise, nutrition and performing for sport in order to ensure that I can give you my best and help you to achieve your desired results.
I have previously studied and worked in sports therapy and sports performance roles at various professional sports clubs, in football and rugby union. This has made me appreciate the importance of injury prevention and ensuring that you train your body in balance. I have also witnessed many injuries, as well as experienced them myself, and I know just how frustrating and mentally exhausting they can be. I am here to help and support you through this period, ensuring you get back to your very best as soon as possible.
