Hi there, my name is Rich.
I come from a background in sport; mainly swimming, football, and rugby. I have been Personal Training for the last 6 years and had my own Personal Trainer for 7 years prior to that. Over that time, I have gone through a multitude of dieting phases, with the goal of fat loss and muscle building, using trial and error to find what works best so that you don’t have to. Leading on from this, the time I have spent in the trenches means that I can understand what you are going through and empathise with you throughout your journey.
After being a part of the health and fitness industry for what seems like a long time! It is abundantly clear that it is not the rigid ‘perfect’ plan that gets results. Supporting someone through their own personal journey extends a lot further than that. It means understanding an individual and their own challenges, establishing where someone is at currently and what realistic changes are right for them.
This means that my Personal Training service is all about YOU.
