I have been training and working within the fitness industry for three years. I have trained in many different methods of physical training including hypertrophy, toning, fat loss, athletic performance and also calisthenics. Using all of these I can help you achieve the lifestyle and fitness goals you desire, through fun training workouts that are challenging and will push you to the next level.
