I recall how intimidated I felt when I first walked into the gym about four years ago. I was overweight, unhappy with it and not in the greatest mental state. I didn’t know where to start and the little I did I felt awkward doing, until I came across two wonderful instructors who changed my experience and ultimately my life.
Since then I would attend the gym at least four times a week training with these two instructors. I noticed significant progress especially with weight training. My fat and weight loss excelled and my energy levels coupled with confidence shot up. Mentally, I am in the greatest place I have been in my life.
I started intensive training 2.5yrs ago and in that time I have lost 25kg in total going from a U.K size 18 down to U.K 10. The transformation has had such a great positive impact in my life because now I get to do what I deeply love which is to inspire others to be the best they can be in their fitness goals.
Prior to coming to PureGym I worked as a PT in GYM BOX where I had a successful track record so I have immense experience to share with you. Whether you are a seasoned gym enthusiast or new to this path, I can most definitely assure you that I can add value to your time at the gym.
