Hi, I’m Rob one of the Personal Trainers here at PureGym.
For a long time now I have been passionate about fitness. So much so that I have drastically improved my own lifestyle. Personally transforming my body by losing 4.5 stones, becoming a qualified personal trainer and kickboxing enthusiast has been incredibly rewarding.
I know first hand how hard it is to change your habits, lifestyle and at the same time stay motivated while trying to achieve your goals.
As a Personal Trainer, I want to learn as much as possible to ensure my clients get the best possible service. In doing so my aim is to pass my knowledge on to my clients so they can make good training and nutritional decisions to help them achieve their goals.
