Becoming a Personal Trainer came from having PT sessions myself. I got introduced to Personal Training sessions and I loved my sessions so much that I wanted to pursue a career in the fitness industry so I enlisted on a PT course and here I am today.
I believe that having a healthy and balanced lifestyle will make people feel more positive and confident to make changes in body transformations and nutritional goals. I specialise in weight loss, injury rehabilitation, street self defence from domestic violence and weapons attacks and general hand to hand combat.
