Robbie Millar

I have taken part in fitness for as long as I can remember from weight training and long distance running to high intensity circuits. It has become a passion of mine and an integral part of my day to day life since I started Personal Training sessions and teaching classes. This has helped me achieve my personal goals and has given me the drive to help others achieve theirs. Below are the main effects my 1-2-1 sessions will have:
