Starting with an assessment during your first training session we’ll identify your challenges and goals; check your lifestyle preferences, nutrition activity and exercise patterns; then make a nutrition and training plan that fits around you. Then we will train regularly with increasing stretch and challenge. If you are as committed as I am I promise we can achieve the shape you have always aimed for and even exceed your expectations.

I have 30 years' of experience of training people from all walks of life with different goals and abilities: both in the gym and as a boxing coach training national youth champions. I draw on all that experience when creating a tailored programme for my clients.
