I believe in getting results. I believe that when you get results, it inspires you, in turn, to work harder and be more disciplined both in and out of the gym, creating a virtuous circle. I believe there are simple but powerful building blocks of exercise and nutrition that get those results swiftly - but also safely. I help my clients get those results through a programme unique to them, based on decades of seeing what works with different types of people. What I can promise is no gimmicks, nonsense or fads, only honesty. What works, works.

My approach suits all ages, abilities and fitness levels, but to work with me, you must really want to get results, whatever goal you have - training for a sport, remediating an injury, increasing your general level of fitness or simply just want to look good. I can help you be disciplined, but what we do in the gym is the investment, and how you sleep, eat and live outside the gym can turn that investment into wealth - or turn it into nothing. For this reason, I don't train smokers - though I can help you give up - as it wastes their time, and mine. This is time I would rather spend investing in motivated clients.
