My goal as a personal trainer is simple; to help people on a personal level to improve both mental and physical health while achieve their goals in fitness.

In today’s fitness industry, I feel like there is a lot of ambiguity and a distinct lack of honesty; whether it be from unhealthy dieting products or edited photos on social media. I want to contribute towards a positive change in the fitness industry, inspired by honesty, transparency and education.

I have a lengthy background in sport, with a constant desire to become the best possible version of myself. This is a mentality that I would love to share, to show and help people become a version of themselves that they are proud of, rather than the constant comparisons you see far too often with those in the public eye through social media.

I have spent around 5 years on my fitness journey, starting with body image issues like a lot of people. Throughout my journey I have grown in confidence and taken it to the next level to become a certified personal trainer as well completing an undergraduate degree in strength and conditioning. Combined with always asking questions to grow my knowledge even further, I am now in a position where I can have a positive impact on others both mentally and physically. The prospect of this is extremely exciting for me!

Operating online as well as face to face, I feel I am able to cater to a wide audience any ability/experience. I have a wealth knowledge within the areas of fat loss, strength gain and muscle gain while being able to offer diet advice. Above all of that, I feel I can offer support and motivation to help people achieve their goals and better themselves.
