Ross Chambers
My goal as a personal trainer is simple; to help people on a personal level to improve both mental and physical health while achieve their goals in fitness.
In today’s fitness industry, I feel like there is a lot of ambiguity and lies; whether it be from unhealthy dieting products or edited photos on social media. I want to contribute towards a positive change in the fitness industry, inspired by honesty, transparency and education.
I have a lengthy background in sport, with a constant desire to become the best possible version of myself. This is a mentality that I would love to share, to show and help people become a version of themselves that they are proud of, learning to build a better you!
My fitness journey began with body image issues like a lot of people, but progressed as far as a BSc in Strength and conditioning as well as becoming a personal trainer. Now with experience acquired through working with disabled clients and those recovering from injury, I am able to apply my knowledge to even more people. Combined with always asking questions to grow my knowledge even further, I can have a positive impact on others both mentally and physically; this is my motivation!
Operating face to face with the option of online coaching, I am able to cater to a wide audience any ability/experience. Working with various people ranging from those who are disabled, all the way to experienced gym goers with a desire to learn more; I have a wealth knowledge within the areas of fat loss, strength gain and muscle gain while being able to offer diet advice. Above all of that, I can offer support and motivation to help people achieve their goals and better themselves.
