I’m Ryan Collins. I started training four years ago and I have loved it ever since I stepped into the gym. I first got into health and fitness through playing sport; I started out playing both rugby and basketball when I was younger before moving into weight training.
I want to help other people achieve their own individual goals by using my experience, what I have learnt from my own training and from my own mistakes.
I believe in learning how to exercise correctly and starting at the basics of weight training first to prevent injury and build a good foundation before you progress further.
