Strengthening activities are important throughout life. Muscle strength, bone health and the ability to balance underpin physical function. Each attribute contributes independently to overall health and functional ability, and in combination they provide lifelong benefits. Being involved in coaching karate for six years and powerlifting for the past two years has shown me this first-hand countless time.

As a Personal Trainer I work with clients with these values in mind. Looking the part is fantastic! However, I want you to feel, move and perform at your very best, inside and out the gym!
