I want to change the way people see themselves through conversation and fitness. Communication is integral to overcoming any obstacles and fitness gives you the feeling that you can do anything. Through my years of leading and developing teams of people in the UK hospitality industry, I've had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of people from all over the world.

About twelve months ago I weighed 130kgs (20 stone). I hated what I'd become so I chose to change. Through my own training programme and personal development I lost 30kgs in seven months and along the way I really found my passion for people and fitness.

This drives me to be the best I can be every day. Making a difference in people's lives is what gets me up in the morning. I’m very goal orientated and I love seeing people succeed with their goals.
