As someone that used to hate any form of exercise, I understand how daunting walking into the gym can be.
I want to help as many women as I can gain strength and confidence in the gym, so they can feel empowered and confident in everyday life.
I fell in love with training when I found out what worked for me, and I make sure my clients find what works for them too. Strength training and the gym literally changed my life, and it gave me more confidence than I ever thought possible, and I want every one of my clients to feel the same! Every session should be enjoyable, tough too, but mostly enjoyable!
I get to know each and every one of my clients so I can personally tailor their workouts and nutrition to suit not only their goals but their lifestyles too.
Seeing clients achieve their goals, and achieve things they never thought possible is the best part of my job.
