Hi, I'm Sam, I run a business called PEAKFIT.
In the gym we offer a range of training packages dependent on your goal, we know from experience that making your experience in the gym as simple and enjoyable as possible this will ensure consistency and certainty of reaching goals.
Alongside Personal Training we also offer hiking packages, these are in and around the peak district, there are many benefits to exercising outside and as part of your Personal Training package you may receive access to our hikes or you can also book on these individually.
Currently we have a few spots available for Personal Training:
Monday - Thursday between 7am - 5pm
