After going through my own personal journey with health and fitness where I have experienced being overweight and unhappy with my body and how I treated it. Back then, I thought the only way to lose weight was to cut out entire food groups, stop socialising and run endlessly. I have also experienced the other extreme of competitive body building for four years and being in the best shape of my life! I am now at peace with my body and treat it with respect. I learnt things the hard way, but you don't have to!
Let me help you take the guess work out of it and help you take control of your life. Exercise because it feels good and you enjoy it, not because you have to. Eat foods that you enjoy, without restriction. Love your body and all it is capable of, all whilst living your life.

I will help challenge you to change your mindset around your diet and training; to educate you so that don’t need a coach forever!
There isn’t a one size fits all approach to anything in life and it’s even more true when it comes to nutrition and training. What works for one person may not have the same affect on someone else.
I will work closely with you to build a plan that fits with your lifestyle. Whether you can get to the gym once a week or four times a week, like to track food or not! All while continuing to have the ability to be sociable and eat out with friends, there is always a way to reach your goals.
