I have been a qualified Personal Trainer for the past six years, working with people around the midlands. I believe that exercise should be fun and enjoyable as well as beneficial.

Exercise is an incredibly important part of my life. I train to make myself fitter and healthier, but also to ensure that my own mental health is as good as possible. Exercise is an invaluable tool in improving the way we feel mentally as well as physically.

I am passionate about helping people reach their physical goals. I believe that setting short-term, achievable goals is the best possible way to move towards your long-term goals and I will help you to do this with support every step of the way. We will look at exercise, nutrition and several other factors to help improve your overall health and fitness in the way that you want. Not everybody is the same or wants the same results, so we will work together to achieve what you want!
