I stepped into the gym 4 years ago. I was overweight, and lacked confidence. 1 year on and I managed to lose 4 stone by consistent training week in week out. Now I have never felt better about myself and I now want to help people on their own fitness journey. Building muscle and losing weight isn't easy, but that's the beauty of it and when you achieve a milestone there is no better feeling in the world!
I want to share my knowledge with clients who are willing to put in the work and who are wanting to change for the better. My workouts are structured to your goals and while being challenging, they are very enjoyable!
