I have always had an immense passion and interest for health and fitness. I consider myself a people's person who thrives of motivating and supporting others who wish to adapt a healthy and balanced lifestyle which includes a good fitness regime .


I strongly believe you can reach your fitness goal irrespective of age, gender and body shape. My aim is to assist others in reaching their goals and also teach and train them on how to use gym equipment so they can train efficiently and effectively outside of the one to one training sessions' This includes body recomposition, weight loss, weight gain  etc.
