Believe it or not I used to hate exercise and would have much rather stayed in bed with a packet of bourbons. I used to hate what I saw in the mirror and getting a little bit sweaty was my idea of hell but now look at me. I love it. It’s a time for me to work on being the best possible version of myself and a time to remind myself how fabulous I am.

But as much as I like talking about myself, this is about you. I specialise in, but not just limited to, women who want to lose weight and ‘tone up’, strengthen both their body and mind, feel confident in their own skin and change their lives for the better. I want you to feel energised in day to day life and enjoy your gym sessions. 

My role as your Personal Trainer will be to assist you using exercise to empower yourself, grow your confidence and feel fantastic. This will be done by using the knowledge I have gathered working in a gym for the past few years and providing you with personalised exercise programmes and nutritional guidance all tailored for you and your goals.
