I am a Professional Muscle Model and Mens Physique Athlete, as well as a fully qualified Personal Trainer.
Fitness and nutrition have always been at the center of my life. Having taken up boxing at an early age and quickly developing a love for all types of training, I went on to earn a Pro Card competing in Muscle Model/Mens Physique Bodybuilding Competitions.
I am a huge believer in the mental benefits that training regularly can also provide. I take pride in my work and enjoy seeing my clients progress physically and mentally as a result of their training.
I offer a wide variety of different training packages for every level of client (beginners and advanced). I also provide a full training plan and nutrition plan to help my clients reach their goals, as well as support in the form of regular check-in meetings. You can even train with a friend or family member in a Duo or Group PT Session (max. 4 people). I have also had experience training disabled clients.
