I'm here to help. It doesn't matter who you are or what level you’re at, together we'll find an effective training method you enjoy. You may be surprised at how much fun weights can be, or how painless the path towards weight loss is when you have all the facts.
My partner Duncan (Contour PT) and I believe that Personal Training is about making the right educated choices when building a programme. There is no ‘one size fits all’. Everyone is unique in their own way and I will make sure to build a programme that is specific and tailored to you.
About the trainer: My sporting background consists of mainly volleyball, which I played for about 10 years in my home town back in Italy. Sadly I had to stop playing volleyball due to a herniated disc. My recovery led me to gym based training to strengthen my back, but I enjoyed it so much I still train regularly to this day.
