Hi I'm Shannon the Gym Manager 

Welcome to Stoke North,

My love of fitness developed in 2014 going from a morbidly obese teenager to where I am today. Personal training was my first step, I love helping others achieve their fitness goals and sharing my knowledge I have gained with experience over the years. In addition to this, passing on my unconventional methods to keep exercise fun is most important to me! I further developed to not wanting to just help people myself but working and educating others who want to come into the industry I am so passionate about.

 This now brings me here… moving forward into management allows me to work closely with the people who make you happiest whilst here as well as maintaining the highest standards for the gym we all love. Don’t hesitate to contact me with any needs you may have on  the gym floor, call or email.
