After several years in the fitness industry I knew that I wanted to help and make a change to as many people as possible using my previous knowledge and experience from the fitness industry. I have been through a variety of courses for different sports to improve and widen my knowledge of the industry.

Through great encouragement and motivation and a real passion to make a change to others I will give it my all to make sure everyone has the best experience possible and most of all fun!
