During my childhood I grew up fascinated by the art of combat sport, idolising boxers and Muay Thai fighter by mimicking their movements and analysing all the aspect of their fitness regime, leading me to years of practical experience in those sports that have led me to numerous competitions.
I also have five years' experience on training amateur boxers, both in technique/skills and strength and conditioning.
Over the years I have developed a broader passion a knowledge in fitness that includes weight training, nutrition, and fat loss as well as sports specific training that has helped others, as well as myself, reach their goals.
I use those experiences to help clients reach targets. build a solid foundation and educate them on health and wellbeing regardless if the goal is to get that beach body for a holiday, build a solid amount of muscle mass, getting ready for a sporting competition or just want to drop dress sizes, the training will be adapted to your needs and fitness level to help optimise your results
