I am a competitive powerlifter, competed in three competitions so far and have taken my total from 392.5kg to 500kg in just a space of a year and also I got bigger as well in the process and looked better which was a proud moment as I have been skinny all my life and it has always been a struggle! Hard work is not the only thing required; you need to work smart as well, more isn’t always better! You need someone who has been there and done that! Therefore, I invest a lot into my education to help other people and hiring mentors to learn from as it can accelerate your progress and saves you doing a lot of trial and error.
I specialise in powerlifting/strength training and hypertrophy/bodybuilding training but can adapt these to various goals.

I also built Discipline, Commitment, Perseverance and Work ethic in the process of the transformation which when applied in other areas of my life I became successful!
