Hi, my name is Sonja and I have got a crazy amount of passion and knowledge in health and fitness that I would love to share with you.
As a Personal Trainer and qualified nurse I have firsthand knowledge of the endless health benefits of improving fitness levels, but I also understand that this process can be challenging, so that is where I come in!
I would love to be that person on this journey with you, to your fittest and healthiest self, providing a bespoke plan whether it is weight loss, weight gain, building strength or your endurance.
I want you to embark on this journey because you love your body enough to care for it, and not because you hate it!
Sessions with me will be fun and exciting. I definitely will be pushing you out of your comfort zone, as honestly, no growth happens there! I want you to develop both physically and mentally, and feel rejuvenated in your day-to-day life.
