Hi, my name is Sophie and I'm a Personal Trainer who works with clients with the aim of fitness for better health and wellbeing that fits to suit your own fitness goals whether that be weight loss, gain or toning up. I focus on motivation and self-confidence, with my speciality being functional movement that utilises the body we have to be able to move around with strength, agility, power and flexibility.
My 15 years' plus dance experience, professional training in London and current part-time training in Brum, has taught me the value of working hard and the importance of being able to move your body freely, utilising our mind-body connection. I have a holistic approach to training, including mobility, balance and relaxation training. My aim is to help others improve their lives in a positive, happy and empowering way, at the same time as training towards the physical goals desired.
