Hi, I’m Sophie and I am a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer.

For me, becoming a Personal Trainer came out of my own love of being fit and healthy. I like to help motivate and guide people where they find it difficult to adopt a healthy and balanced lifestyle. There’s nothing more satisfying than seeing clients transform their lives through their hard work and commitment.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, build muscle or generally just become a fitter and healthier person I can guide you in the right direction.

I enjoy all types of fitness from interval training to weight lifting and I also teach classes within PureGym.

I can offer nutritional advice as this plays a very important part in having a happy healthy life.

I am dedicated to and compassionate about my job and feel no goal is too big or too small.
