I'm Sophie, and I run My Wellness Initiative (or MWI for short!) where I focus on Fitness, Nutrition and Community.
With over 7 years experience in the fitness industry as a PT I have worked with people of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities. From first time gym goers to coaching someone to climb Mount Everest! I've come out the other side of it with a robust understanding of individual differences in people as well as an appreciation of what binds us together.
I'm a big believer in a positive mentality and a can-do attitude and work with my clients to help them maintain that throughout their workout program. The biggest transformations I see when working with my clients is in their confidence and competence in the gym - something which enables them to live life to the fullest and utilize every area of the gym.
I've worked with a lot of mums in my time - mainly because I am one, so I understand the changes you can experience in your body after giving birth. Strengthening the body and re-claiming it after becoming a mum is something I'm passionate about personally and for every mum I work with.
