Hi, guys, I’m Stacey and welcome to SAPerformance!

I’ve been both ends of the spectrum. I’ve been overweight and lost weight; and I’ve been too thin, gaining weight and muscle. In both circumstances I was unhappy, self-conscious and not comfortable in my own skin. I’ve learned so much from my own struggles and successes which motivated me to become a Personal Trainer; to inspire and educate; particularly those who may be in the position that I once was.

As a dancer, I started going to the gym to stay fit for dancing, using mostly cardio machines, feeling unsure with weights. I gradually found my way but looking back, I wish I had someone to offer me guidance. I’m now at a healthy, balanced point my life where I want to help others achieve their goals. Whether it’s training for an event, losing weight for a special occasion, or simply wanting to learn about the gym, we will work together to get the results you want. From high intensity cardio to resistance training to build lean muscle, I provide a variety of training methods which will allow you to achieve your goals. Hard work, consistency and frequency is key, so if you’re in, I’m in! 

My hours of work range from AM – PM on weekdays. I offer bespoke programmes, tailored Personal Training and group training, all suited to you, your goals, your needs and your lifestyle. Don’t hesitate to get in to touch with any questions you may have or any advice you may need. Drop me a text, email or come and find me on the gym floor; even if it is simply to say hello.
