I specialise in 90 day fitness programmes for transgender and non-binary individuals pre-operation and post-operation, who want to build a more masculine physique to feel confident enough to own who they are. This includes coaching and mentoring them into maintaining that hard work post surgery.
I also specialise in weight loss and athletic training. After living my life diving in and out of KFC buckets to weighing at least 90kg I was determined to change my life. This is where I made the decision to transition to a Pescatarian diet, from then onwards I attended my local gym five days per week and then transitioned to a plant based diet which allowed me to lose 30kg in a matter of 6 months, which is exactly the reason why I became a Personal Trainer. Trust me, you can do this too!
The strategies that I implement into my life are the same strategies I implement into my clients lives which is "Fitness, health and wellbeing is a lifestyle not an insta body sensation".
