After a PT helped me change my life for the better I decided to look into it as a career prospect for myself and I've never looked back. Gaining my PT qualification has enabled me to meet so many great people, all with their own individual fitness goals, health targets and personal barriers they want to break through.
In my early years, sport was the main focus in my life and I've been incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to try my hand at most of them. I finally realised that it wasn't so much the sport as it was the training and fitness required to do them that I loved. I found a gym full of great people who inspired me to train hard and train smart and my love for the gym took off.
