Hi, I am Stephan. I have always had a passion for fitness, health and supporting others in bettering themselves. I have 12 years' and 9,000 hours of Personal Training experience (and counting) under my belt, ready to be shared with those willing to learn and challenge themselves.
My approach is to ensure everything I teach is sustainable, realistic and tailored to your needs and lifestyle.
It is extremely important that I help you understand ‘why’ we are doing certain exercises, and why you’re eating in a certain way. That way if you choose to stop training with me – you want to be able to continue looking after yourself, maintaining your achievements and seeing further results.
At the end of the day, life is not about just eating chicken and broccoli and lifting weights. I want to show you how you can still live your best life, whilst looking and feeling great!
