This may be stubborn areas of fat accumulation caused by hormonal imbalances or pain caused by muscle & structural imbalances. I correct these limiting factors through a combination of training, nutrition and supplement protocols specific to you based on where you want to be and where you are now.
I've gained these areas or expertise through my 13 years within the health & fitness industry, having worked in a wide range of facilities helping many different people. My first loves relating to fitness are football and martial arts, having studied over 10 forms of combat from around the world. More recently I've found an interest in Crossfit style fitness competitions and have helped several clients prepare for events such as Tough Mudder.
