Steve Ung

I started my fitness journey in my early teens practicing martial arts. The discipline in this sport gave me a solid foundation on which I built my attitude towards personal growth and development.

I have in recent years delved into learning more about human biology with a focus on functional fitness, postural deviations and biomechanics. This excites me because I feel I can utilise this knowledge to make the most of targeted muscle activation, ensuring joint preservation and safe training which is something that is substantial in every session I give.
