I’ve been a big fan of health and fitness my whole life, but being a chubby kid growing up, I understand the feel of anxiousness stepping into the gym environment and feeling completely lost.
My aim is to help others in the same way that others helped me. Teaching you how to reach your goals, from fitness, weight loss to building a strong functional body.
I’m always happy to help out and offer advice so if you see me on the gym floor, feel free to say hi. I like to think I’m not as scary as I look.
