I have been involved in sport since a young age, specifically dance, athletics and Baton Twirling. I have competed Nationally and Internationally from the age of 10, and at the age of 16, I realised how important Strength and Conditioning was to help me improve and excel in my sport further alongside my normal training sessions.
I went on to pursue my love and knowledge of sport at University, which has got me where I am today.
I have knowledge of developing any age/gender/ability in a variety of ways in their fitness and sporting journeys.
