Fitness has changed my life over the last eight years and in the last three years I have focused more on weight training to improve my physical health and mental health. I completed level 2/3 Personal Training to increase my knowledge and understanding of the body and how to stay healthy mentally and physically. I then quit my job and started something I enjoy.
It is very easy to be involved with bad eating habits and keeping yourself motivated. With my coaching and nutritional guidance my aim is to assist you with that. All my sessions will be designed around my client’s needs and goals whether it is to get an understanding of the gym/fitness or increase your body confidence.
