Up until 15 years ago I was a heavy smoker and very overweight.
I finally gave up smoking and joined Pure as a way of trying to lose weight and keep it off.
Over the past 15 years, I have learned so much and gained a lot of knowledge through training with other PT's.
I've used this knowledge to help both myself and others compete in OCR events such as Tough Mudder and National 3 peaks Challenge.
Now I'd love to pass my knowledge on to you to help you lead a happy, healthy lifestyle.
