I have been participating in sports such as football and basketball from a young age. During my time at university I studied sports and exercise science, where I found a love for helping people reach their goals, whether it be sports/ fitness related or relieving stress/ improving confidence.

As a Personal Trainer, I am always researching new methods to provide you with a programme tailored specifically for you. I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals however, I also believe going to the gym should not be a burden. Therefore, I aim to make every session enjoyable.
