My journey of fitness and nutrition started a few years ago when I realized how important it is to take care of ourselves and others. I believe there is nothing more important than our health and well being.
So just like everybody has done it before I started paying more attention to nutrition and this was quickly followed by exercise. Discovering how amazing it is in every possible sense, seeing and feeling the difference.
