I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a huge passion for the gym and fitness world. My training and transformation started at the age of 14 – with the first goal of burning down the “Michelin Man shape” of mine. Therefore, I fully relate to all the frustration and challenging emotions that come with being overweight. I have been there myself.
Putting together custom weight loss diet plans and effective workout planning are my specialties, and I’m very keen to help you achieve your full strength.
Also, I have been diving since I was a young child and I am a certified UEF Open Water Scuba Instructor. I’ve had the chance to work together with so many different people throughout the years.
