Thomas Purdy

Having always been sporty and highly active during my childhood, I first stumbled into a gym as an undersized 17-year-old golfer who had begun to rapidly fall behind the competition. I had very little knowledge and very little experience of physical training, but I knew right away that I loved it!

From that moment forward I have strived to further my knowledge of training and the human body. As part of my degree I studied human biomechanics and got to spend a year working with professional athletes, a truly unique insight into how to get the most out of training!

I want my clients to experience the same physical and mental health benefits of training that I have seen in my own life. The health and fitness industry can often be daunting and confusing; with magazines and books promising shortcuts and quick fixes that fail to hit the mark. I aim to educate and support you in creating a training and nutrition plan that is sustainable and produces lasting results, whatever your goals!
