Hello, I’m am the founder of MadFit Fitness which I created to provide a personal 1 to 1 experience as well as group sessions to accommodate everyone’s needs with designed programmes, nutrition advice and guidance on tracking your progression.
I am positive and passionate when it comes to fitness having many years' experience within the gym environment training myself to an athlete level. I have many skills to pass on such as strength and conditioning, endurance, muscle building and burning fat.
I can also offer Kettlebell training and can provide circuit programmes. You will receive a professional experience and all the knowledge I have gained over the years. I can offer nutrition advice, create programmes to suit your needs and to achieve your goals to get you the results you want.
