Hi, welcome to TLC Personal Training.

I am someone who has struggled with their weight, at my heaviest weighing 25 stone.

I know from experience the difficulty that comes with changing one's lifestyle and adopting a new one.

I also know how important it is and how amazing it feels to be fit and healthy.

I am passionate about helping other people become fit and active and to enjoy their lives as much as they possibly can, whether that is through weight loss, muscle gain, or just toning up and becoming more confident in their body and being the best possible version of themselves.

I can provide personalised exercise programmes suited to you and your goals, as well as nutritional guidance.

I am interested in every aspect of fitness, ranging from cardio and endurance to resistance training to functional training.

I am available for advice and motivation whenever it is needed. I can help change your outlook on fitness and improve your life.
